Pillar Commercial's President, Manny Ybarra, was named winner of NTCAR’s prestigious Stemmons Award last night. The announcement capped a terrific event attended by hundreds in the Dallas commercial real estate community.
Other finalists for the award were Susan Arledge of Arledge Partners, Allen Gump of Colliers International, and Paul Whitman of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Earlier in the program, a hilariously comedic Robert Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Brokerage recognized past Stemmons winners. (Considered the highest honor in the industry, the award made its debut in 1976.) In his acceptance speech, Ybarra, said he was “glad to add some color” to the roster.
