Addison-based partnership buys Greenville Avenue building
A North Dallas office building has sold to an Addison investor. The 6500 Greenville office building is at Greenville Road and Northwest Highway near NorthPark Center Mall.
The seven-story office building was built in 1981 and has more than 120,000 square feet.
The property was sold by Dallas-based Pillar Commercial, which has owned it since 2016. The sale was financed with a $10.9 million loan. Buyer Lilium GVP LLC is a partnership based in Addison.
The 6500 Greenville building is across the street from the Campbell Centre office tower complex, which is for sale. The high-rises on the U.S. Highway 75 date to the 1970s and are best known for their dazzling gold exteriors.
