Houston tech firm lands in Addison with new office

A Houston-based tech firm is eyeing a new office in Addison.

Netsync, a digital and data services firm, has IT contracts with a variety of private sector and government clients. The 19-year-old company operates out of nine regional offices in the U.S. stretching from Florida to California.

Netsync also has an office in Carrollton.

Now the company is looking to expand into more than 53,000 square feet of office space in the Addison II building at 4550 Excel Parkway, according to planning documents filed with the state.

The new office is set to open early next year.

Interprise Design is the architect for the new workspace.

Built in 1996, the Addison II building is owned by Dallas’ Pillar Commercial and is next to Addison Airport.

The 182,154-square-foot office and industrial building has other tenants including Arbonne International, Assurant and CTL Medical.
