Randy Irlbeck leads the asset management division directing the day-to-day operations of Pillar Commercial. Under Randy's leadership, the property management and accounting team work in concert to maximize the operational and financial performance of Pillar Commercial's portfolio.
Previously, Randy was the property manager at Cousins Properties overseeing 1700 Pacific, a 1.3 million square foot office tower located in Dallas' CBD. Prior to entering the commercial real estate profession, Randy spent 13 years with the University of Dallas overseeing the construction, eventually directing the operations of the University's 11-acre campus located in Rome, Italy. He is a graduate of the University of Dallas and currently serves on their National Alumni Board. Randy is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
