Nick Clark joined Pillar Commercial as a leasing associate in June 2007. Nick's primary responsibilities include the marketing and leasing of key office projects under the company's control. He also provides important support in sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities for Pillar Commercial.
Prior to joining Pillar Commercial, Nick spent over a year as a leasing associate for Holt Lunsford Commercial. At Holt, Nick leased numerous projects in the Richardson / Plano and Stemmons sub-markets. Nick closed over 60,000 square feet of transactions during his first year at Holt Lunsford Commercial.
Nick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance. Nick is an active member of TREC Young Guns and the Dallas Real Estate Ministry.
