As managing director, Matthew Wieser leads the team responsible for the marketing and leasing Pillar Commercial's office and retail portfolio. In addition, Matthew provides support in sourcing potential acquisition targets, conducting detailed analytical evaluations and formulating exit strategies designed to meet targeted financial objectives.
Prior to joining Pillar Commercial, Matthew was a team member at CB Richard Ellis where he served as marketing director and leasing associate for One Main Place, a one million square foot office building located in the heart of the central business district. Matthew has been actively engaged in the Dallas real estate market with experience in both tenant representation and project leasing.
Matthew is a graduate from Texas Tech University where he received a B.B.A in Finance and General Business. He is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) where he serves on the steering committee for NTCAR's Young Professional Forum. Matthew is pursuing his CCIM designation and is a CCIM candidate. He has consecutively been named one of the "Top 35 Under 35" brokers in Black's Guide, a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal, and "Power Broker" from Costar.
