As Director of Operations, Joe oversees the management, engineering, and general operations of Pillar Commercial's entire portfolio. As a licensed real estate professional, Joe has extensive experience in the areas of facilities management, project leasing, operations, and leasehold construction.
Joe's management philosophy is based on developing exceptional tenant and vendor relations while optimizing the operational efficiencies of the assets under his control. Joe is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a B.A. in Public Relations. He is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), and is currently pursing his RPA designation.
