As Assistant Property Manager, Heather W. Davila assists with the day-to-day management, engineering and general operations of several Pillar Commercial assets, including Northcreek II, Chase – LBJ, 1909 Woodall Rodgers and Cornerstone Crossing. 

Heather joined Pillar Commercial in April of 2010 after leaving Lincoln Property Company where she was a part of the 2000 McKinney Property Management Team. She is dedicated to providing paramount service to tenants, supporting her operations team and further developing her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. 

Heather is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), and is currently pursuing her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. 

Born and raised in Dallas, Heather enjoys traveling, participating in local charities and community events, and spending time with her husband Erik and their rescue dog Lola.
