Carl Pearce joined Pillar Commercial in April 2011.  He leads the team responsible for the accounting functions for Pillar Commercial.  Carl has over 30 years experience in accounting and management including 15 years in Real Estate.  His experience includes having served as Chief Financial Officer for CW Dalcan Commercial Property Management Company for 7 years.  He co-founded a property management company where he served as Vice President.  He has also worked with well known companies Norstar, Transwestern Property Company, and Southmark Corporation.

Education

• Carl received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
